1. Applied all maintenance from JRB 3.3   

2. Added TLS encryption security support 
In addition to SSL, JRB now supports TLS (Transport Layer Security)  for both FTP and the JRB internal web server.

3. Removed all virtual storage control keywords
All virtual storage control keywords ($INIT) are now obsolete.
     For example:  
     2K_BUFFERS
     2K_BUFFERS_EXPANSION_INCREMENT
     2K_BUFFERS_STORAGE_LIMIT_TOTAL 
 
4. Keyword REPORT_NODE_SCAN is obsolete.
 
5. Added required $INIT keyword START
Specifies the JRB 'startup mode':  HOT, WARM, COLD.
 
6. Sends all messages generated by C++ modules to JRBLOG
Removes them from SYSPRINT
 
7. Added support for the Opera web browser
