JES Report Broker 2.5 Release Notes

1. All maintenance available for 2.4 has been applied to 2.5
2. Required change to $INIT keyword LOCAL_HFS_ROOT
3. Required change to $INIT keyword CONCURRENT_TCP_CONNECTS_PER_SUBTASK
4. All C programs have been re-written to XPLINK C++ and the Language Environment has been re-written to use 'PIPI' interfaces.  The bottom line is better performance and access to additional functionality.
5. Archive Compression now available.
6. New utility function to compress archive documents.
