JQP v4.1 Enhancements

• Major performance improvement when printing multiple reports concurrently using the LPD or IPP (Content Length method) protocol. Removes the main task I/O bottleneck by utilizing a subtask for the temporary data set I/O.
• Major performance improvement in the method used to clear storage buffers.
• Performance improvement by removing Store Into Instruction Stream (SIIS) within the JQP programs.
• Multiple sign-on for the same user ID added.
• Optional feature to change the number a retries and delay between each retry to acquire the JES data set created by MacKinney Print Transform (MPT).
• Option added to ignore print data on lines with immediate carriage control commands.
• Option added to use System Determined Block size (SDB) for data set created by JQP.
• Exit added to allow the PAGEDEF and/or FORMDEF modification before calling MacKinney Print Transform (MPT).
• Added message JQPRDCBO03 to display DCB information for data sets created by JQP.
• Added the variable &&JUSER to place the JQP STC or JOB user ID in the first HLQ option.
• Option added to the STATS command to filter printers based upon the number of jobs printed.
• JQP definition filters are saved to be retrieved later and available for all users.
• Exit program JQPFEX06 provides special customization to the LPD control file.
• Line Routine 15 added, For ASA Carriage Control (CC) reports, combines the skip to channel 1 line with no data with the following data line. This removes the blank line before the first text line. Maximum print line length is 255.
• Support for new MacKinney License Keys routine.
• Minimum report line selection added.
