Response Time Monitor 4.0 Release Notes

Enhancements:

• Changed response times on most screens and reports from tenths of seconds to milliseconds (or less).
• Changed the product to use our new “MacKinney License Keys” verification.  This requires a new RTM license key.
• File format has changed.  (This was required since all response times are now recorded in microseconds instead of tenths of seconds.)
