SPY 2.2 Release Notes

  • Added the ability to PRINT CAPTURED SCREENS to a CICS printer.  Print an entire SPY session from the directory or print a single screen from the index.  This function requires the installation of MacKinney Systems Hotprint (minimum release 1.2). See Hotprint.
  • Added new functionality to CONTENT SENSITIVE sessions.  Create a separate, new session from the user supplied content sensitive exit (SPYPSEXT) using the new commarea setting CSRNEWS.
  • Added a new installation option MAX SCRNSIZE to support sites that produce unusually large 3270 data streams.
  • Added a new installation option SHARE STORE to provide compatibility with TRANSACTION ISOLATION.
