SPY 2.4 Release Notes

  • Compatibility with CICS TS 3.2
  • New program definition for SPYPEX65 is required.
  • Before enabling SPY 2.4 the first time you MUST update the installation options using transaction SPYA option 1
  • To update installation options SPY must now be DISABLED.
  • Removed the SHARED STORE installation option. It is now handled automatically.
  • Added the following installation options which removes the requirement to zap SPY programs to change the buffersize and turnpoint:
