RENTPGM=PROTECT.  MLI handled programs linked with the Rent attribute are now supported when RENTPGM=PROTECT is specified in the CICS SIT table. Prior to 141, users had to use NOPROTECT or link the programs with NORENT. This is applicable to CICS release 4.1 and up.
