My batch job received CMTB003 timeout message

A:

Respond to console message with 'wait'.  If the timeout persists do a CEMT INQ PROG(MPTONLIN) and monitor the result for a minute or so, If the use count does not increment, look in the CICS log for BMTP abends or other CMTE* messages.
