I need to print to a Xerox printer with LCDS. How do I setup PQP for this?

First, you must be at PQP 2.0 with fix 2.0.16 applied. Set the destination parameters as follows:
            SETUP=        (blank)
            TRT=0
            WIDTH=000
            RAW=9
