Advanced Function Printing facilites are disabled

Q:

I have an AFP document I want to archive so users can view it with a web browser just as if I printed it.  When I bring up JRB I get the message:
      JRBE455 ** Advanced Function Printing facilites are Disabled ***
I added the keyword: MPT_PRINT_TRANSFORM_ENABLED=YES;
Now when I attempt to archive the document I receive:
      JRBE089 ** DELIVERY FAILED,RC=5A UNABLE TO CONNECT TO MPT

This function requires our MPT product (MacKinney Print Transform). It transforms AFP into multiple formats including PDF, PCL and POSTSCRIPT (other formats will follow). Multiple MacKinney Systems products need the ability to process AFP. Instead of duplicating functionality, we introduced the MPT product. It works 'under the covers' with JRB to perform AFP functionality.
