HPRE035-TRANSID E NOT IN TABLES (PCT)

Q:

Hotprint will enable via the Administartion Menu but not enable during PLT startup. Receiving message: HPRE035-TRANSID   E NOT IN TABLES (PCT)

A:

Invoke transaction HPRA, go to option 1 Installation Options and verify the TRAN PREFIX - it should be HPR unless you have reason to change it. Now press enter to update.
