But as I looked through the migration manual for MacKinney Batch to CICS, I was able to prepare an execution plan and present it to the Customer. The results were 100% up-time and the conversion was an easy flow. Adds timeout support for BATSTAT (MBCR) processing to prevent file or other errors from hanging batch jobs. This should be considered a HYPER fix for all Status Tracking users (STATFLAG=Y).
