Fax 4.5 Release Notes

This version of CICS/Fax has been modified (slightly) to work with SQL Server 2008 instead of SQL Server 2005.  If you have SQL Server 2005 installed you can still run this version with a slight change to the DBConnectString parameter in the CICSFAX.INI file.
